Dashboard¶

The AirDoo dashboard provides a concise overview of your accommodation performance for the current month.

Accessing the Dashboard¶

Current Month KPIs¶

Revenue¶

Total Revenue (month) — Sum of Airbnb payout amounts for all active reservations whose stay overlaps the current month.

Nights¶

Total Nights (month) — Sum of all nights across active reservations for the month.

Occupancy Rate¶

Occupancy Rate (month) — Calculated as:

rate = (total_nights / (nb_accommodations × days_in_month)) × 100

Recent Reservations¶

List of reservations created or modified in the last 24 hours.

Operational Alerts¶

Ignored Emails¶

Airbnb emails that could not be processed automatically. Typical causes: - Accommodation name in the email does not match any Airbnb Listing Name - Unrecognised email format

Action: Check AirDoo → Diagnostics → Ignored Emails and fix the Airbnb Listing Name of the corresponding accommodation.

Parsing Errors¶

Emails where the parser encountered an error during data extraction.

Action: Review details in AirDoo → Diagnostics → Parsing Errors to identify the issue.

Upcoming Reservations¶

List of reservations with check-in within the next 7 days, sorted by arrival date.

Information displayed: - Guest name - Accommodation - Stay dates - Guest composition

Current Stays¶

Reservations where check-in has passed but check-out has not yet been reached.

Usage¶

The dashboard is read-only — it displays a real-time snapshot. To modify data, use the dedicated menus.
